Labrador Adoption Agreement

Please review every term and enter the dog’s name and agreed adoption fee exactly as confirmed by Evertrust Labrador Retrievers For Rescue And Rehoming. Submission records your electronic acceptance but does not replace the rescue’s final placement approval.

Adoption terms

Permanent, humane home. I will provide the dog with safe housing, appropriate food, clean water, exercise, companionship, identification, and humane care. The dog will not be continuously chained or allowed to roam unsupervised.

Veterinary care. I accept responsibility for routine and emergency veterinary care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, licensing, and any ongoing medical needs disclosed before placement.

Known information. I understand that available health, temperament, and history information is shared in good faith, but a rescue dog’s future health or behavior cannot be guaranteed.

No resale or transfer. I will not sell, abandon, give away, breed, or transfer the dog to another person, shelter, or organization without first contacting Evertrust Labrador Retrievers For Rescue And Rehoming.

Return to rescue. If I can no longer keep the dog, I will contact Evertrust Labrador Retrievers For Rescue And Rehoming promptly and cooperate on a safe return or approved rehoming plan.

Adoption fee. The fee entered below is the amount agreed for this placement. Any payment schedule, refund, transport charge, or exception must be confirmed in writing by the rescue.

Pickup or transport. I will follow the confirmed handover plan and provide accurate delivery information. I understand that third-party transport timing may be affected by safety, weather, and route conditions.

Follow-up and safety. I authorize reasonable post-adoption follow-up and will notify the rescue promptly of a serious escape, bite incident, major medical emergency, or placement concern.
